"Hi, I'm Liz Hood on behalf of Expert Village and right now I am going to talk about different supplies that you need to have on hand, at your house, if you plan on breast feeding. Another helpful thing is to go ahead and get some bra pads for when your milk kind of leaks. These keep your breast milk from soaking through your bra and soaking through your shirt. I have actually had that happen to me before and it's very embarrassing so this keeps it from happening. If you are worried about making enough milk, this is Fenugreek Seed bulk tea. Now, this actaully helps you produce more breast milk and it's been around for over seventy five years and so if you are worried about making enough breast milk you should get some Fenugreek Seed tea. Now, if you happen to have very flat nipples one thing that you should invest in are some nipple shields. These actually fit against your nipple inside of your bra and it kind of puts your nipple in the correct shape so that when its time to breast feed your baby will latch on easier. Also, these let air circulate around your nipple inside of your bra. This is made by Medela, I don't know if I said that correctly but anyway, it has little air circulation holes so it's, when you nipples get a little bit sore at first it's real helpful to not have your bra right up against them because that does kind of hurt and also this catches any leaks that you have, any breast milk leaks inside of your bra. So this kind of takes the place of the breast milk pads, but these are really good if you do have flat nipples you definitely need to get some of these. "
