"LYNN EPSTEIN: Alright, here's the fun part. Yay! We get to pour the milk. Sometimes, I actually get the little tinny milks that you sometimes see at the schools because that way kids can do it. And, yes, they will spill. Don't freak out. You have your towel. Alright, today, I'm using plastic see through cups that you could see what's happening right now. Usually though, I use dirtier cups, ones that are a little bit lower so the kids could see what's happening. But test it out. And sometimes you'll find out through trial and error what works best for you. Alright, now, again, let the kids do it. I'm just doing it 'cause I'm the only one here. Now, the fun part, food coloring. Now it's up to you whether you want the children to hold the food coloring or not. This might be a good one for the hand-over-hand. Alright, so you're going to pour those in and make it really vivid because this is going to be the paint for your bread. Now, I like to use in the dark colors. Kids go wild over this part. They'll want to mix it. They want to be jumping up and down, and this is why it's good not have the bread and the paper plates and the paint brushes with them now, because it'll be just madness. Plus, this is a lot of fun. Alright, I think I'll use some yellow. This is a good time to talk about colors, their favorite color, what color their bike is, things like that."
