on 8/2/2008 This was an awesome video. I teach acting and have never really done these type of theater games in my class. I'm sure my kids will have a blast in addition to learning alot of the principles of acting that Paul teaches in these short videos

"Hello this is Paul Louis and today I am going to teach you how to do some basic theater games for kids. So if you were teaching a theater class with a bunch of kids these are ideal games that you could teach within your class. These games are primarily for children between the ages of 6 through maybe 12 at the most. So they are for younger children and they are a lot of fun. They are things to help the child become creative, to overcome stage fright, to take some chances and to be able to think on their feet. I have my assistant here Haley Beth and she is going to help me out today. She has taken many of my classes for children that I have taught all throughout New York and Florida so we are going to have a lot of fun. Are you ready? Ready Freddie. Ready Freddie. See already she is being creative. Okay, so I hope you enjoy the tutorial on theater games for kids and when we come back we are going to move on to a basic exercise of which we call a Mirror Exercise. Okay? Haley is familiar with that mirror exercise and when we come back we will demonstrate that. Thank you very much."
