"Hi. I'm Roxanne Beckford Hoge, and welcome to Dressing for Pregnancy. Right now we're going to cover dressing to work out. You may be thinking, why? I'm pregnant. I can sit around and eat bonbons all day. But really, labor is like running a marathon, and you're going to want to be in shape, the best shape that you can be. Check with your doctor first, and then check with me for what to wear. A lot of companies make sets that are adorable, and someone's going to give you one for your shower. They consist of a jacket, a tank, again, with a built-in bra, because comfort is so key, and then pants that have a comfortable waist band. Sure, you can use your own pants, but they're not going to be cut low in the front like this to really avoid the area that you least want bound, which is your protruding belly. The other thing you're going to want is really breathable fabrics, because your temperature gage is a little bit off right now; you've got a baby strapped to your body, it's like an extra heater. So get something nice to work out in and try a pregnancy yoga class, pregnancy exercise, or, check in the next segment and get dressed for swimming."
