"Hi, I'm Roxanne Beckford Hoge and welcome back to dressing for pregnancy. This segment's going to cover all the not-so-fun parts of pregnancy, for example how to you dress in all these really cute, body-conscious tops when you're innie, has become a real outie. Here's a tip. Just use a couple band-aids. I have a bunch of kids, so I happen to have animals and cartoon characters on mine. Make an X over your belly-button, you'll be able to wear smooth tops with the greatest of ease. The other fun thing that can happen when you're pregnant, is that your breasts can feel like you're hauling around two bowling balls. But your old bra doesn't feel so good. That's due to the under wire digging into your body, which is changing size not only from day-to-day, but from morning to evening. The solution: A maternity-type bra that has a wide waistband, instead of under wire for support, which is adjustable through the cup, and in the back. This one even has a racer back, so that you've got a little bit more support and coverage. My favorite thing that happens to pregnant women some times. Cankles. You know what those are girls, when your ankles get really, really large. How do you distract from those? You wear shoes that have a bit of a chunk to the heel, to give some visual weight down there, and that are open, so that your leg goes in one smooth line from the leather up to your leg. The other thing you may be conscious of. Comfort? Can't wear heels anymore, then go with a flat, but do something pretty and unexpected in a great color, rather than looking like you're a refugee from an orthopedic shoe store. That about covers it. Have fun."
