"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Sally Head and today I am going to talk to you how to nurture your preschoolers imagination. Children have a natural tendency to want to touch things. The thought of touching things and having sand slide over their feet for example just feels so different because it is not something they feel all the time and sand is a great medium because you can build with it, you can create with it and you can just have a ball touching it. Right? Even if you take sand and put it through a filter and watch the little wheels move, it is just fascinating for young children. Way to go. You like that Emma? And again it helps increase vocabulary by asking how does it work, what does it do. Wow! You want to touch. Good job! "
