on 9/24/2009 Hello Honey - I really appreciated watching your video. It is very basic which makes it easy to follow even for beginners and in addition it has very handy tips like the ice cube trays. I did not have some kind of food processor in my days back then when my sons were raised I used a simple masher. Maybe this would be a good option to add.

The other tip is that once your baby gets a little bit older and starts eating larger portion sizes, you can use muffin pans to freeze your food in the freezer as well. Then I also have some little Tupperware sizes to put the food from the freezer into the refrigerator or to just store a couple of days worth in the fridge after I make a batch. The other thing"
