Video Transcript

"Hello! My name is Sibylle Walters from Flairs Gymnastics in Davie, Florida. You can find us on the web at www.flairsgymnastics.com. We are now going to show you how to teach backward rolls to young children. Gabby, it will be nice for you to use an inclined mat for that. The child lies down, puts her hands overhead, and she has to flip over safely. Again it’s important that the instructor is there all times, reach up, nice and tall, and flip upside down, good job… excellent, right, yes Gabby, one more time. Back, nice and tall, legs up… One more time, right Gabby, go down, go to the other side of the cheese, now they are going to roll down the cheese. "
