Video Transcript

"Hello! My name is Sibylle Walters from Flairs Gymnastics in Davie, Florida. You can find us on the web at www.flairsgymnastics.com. Okay, here is another way to teach children how to do bars. This is the special piece of equipment that is made for young children, it is to their size, okay. Several companies make it but this is one of the best ones, it is a small size of the big one. Okay, you guys are ready to go, alright Gabby . She's doing a pullover from the last station and now she is going to climb up and reach up to the high bar, it is a perfect fit… jumps up, nice and tall and jumps upside down, down… head under ready, okay, swing the bar, right, chin up the bar, pull it over, very good, very good. The teacher has to insist until the child feels comfortable. Jump up, there we go… good job, and that is it. "
