Video Transcript

"Hi! This is Stacey from Expert Village. In this video clip, I will show you how to check for wear on toys. One sign of wear on a toy is rust. The paint coming off will lead to rust. You can see some of it happening on this toy. This truck is also demonstrating signs of wear. The sticker is starting to come off, which the child could put in their mouth and choke on. Another sign of wear on a toy is sharp edges. Another sign of wear on toys for example is with this toy. The digger or the shovel on this truck has been scraped on cement or the concrete causing it to have sharp edges or it could cause pieces to break off, and that is another sign of wear on toys. "
