"So say that you're a new mother and that you're in the car. This is another great way to breastfeed discreetly and try to keep your child happy, because no one is happy when a child is screaming bloody murder. So this is how you do it -- if you sit next to 'em. This only works if the child is under a year of age, and the car seat is still facing backwards. What you can do is do is if you're wearing the double top method again which is why I said that it's my favorite. You can lean in forward this way, again you pull it from this side. You pull up to, again, cover the top of your breasts and then you can pull down to expose just a little bit of your nipple. Now, when doing this, you can get it already ready to go, then you you hug and lean forward...well you're still strapped and so is the baby, and you can lean the baby up, like so. Now you can also lay although a cashmere..I have one handy or a blanket over the top. And you can cover it up completely like so. Now one thing that I really want to stress and make sure that everyone understands is that safety always comes before anything else. If you and your baby aren't safe, so that's why I suggest keeping your seat belt on the whole time, as keeping the baby buckled the whole time. Now, in case there's an accident or something of that nature, it's better that you're safe even if your baby is screaming and is very hungry. So just keep that in mind. "
