"Hi, now say that you want a technique where you want to get some exercise. Or perhaps have another toddler, this is a great way, it's absolutely necessary that you have a sling. So you get the sling, you get in position again, you pull up on your bottom shirt on the side like so, hold down, get the baby to latch on. It's a little bit of a chilly day, you can use your cashmere blanket to cover you and the child up and then you easily walk. Actually the walking is a very very comfortable feeling for the baby, it reminds them of being in the womb, plus it's great for the mother as well, getting some exercise after the postpartum birth. Now the great thing, a sling is a must have I think for any mother, especially when you have another toddler. Now what you do, you can have him, you can even breast feed at the same time, also having your hands free to take care of your other child. So you start again like I said where you pull it up from the bottom like so, pull your shirt down this way, get the baby to latch on. I suggest, you know you don't have to because the baby will pretty much cover up your breast but I do suggest wearing a cashmere or blanket over the top. It's just more comfort and more secure. And then you can even do shopping, walk, or tend to your other toddler. "
