" Hi! My name is Ann and I am here to talk about homework tips. What I want to focus in on this afternoon is about the younger child and a lot of homework assignments in pre-kindergarten and kindergarten will deal with shapes. When you are faced with this homework assignment, it is really a fun thing to do with your child. You can go about the community or the market or different locations and point out shapes and signs objects and say “hey look, what shape do you see?” Again there are many interesting books you can get at the local store Target, 99 Cents Store and what you can do here is have your child identify the shapes, trace the shapes and work with them at home. You can take chipboard and cut out different kinds of shapes and have your child trace it with a crayon or a marker. I would suggest something that is real thick, so it is easy to handle, you know, small hands do better with a large stick wide object. So again here is something that many children could use this as a good practice for homework."
