Video Transcript

" Hi my name is Casey Neuwirth and I have a business called Gateway Fitness. You can contact me at http://www.gateway-fitness.com. Carri’s going to help demonstrate the overhead tricep extension. She’s seated on a ball which is ok right now, she’s comfortable there if you become a little unstable later on in your pregnancy you will want to sit in a chair with back support. But she’s in perfect alignment with her arms straight over her head, and what she’s going to do is keep her elbows right where they are and bend her arms down ninety degrees, and straight backup over her head and this will work the back of your arms, her arms. And as she comes down she’s going to breathe in and on the exertion, the hard part, she’s going to breathe out on the way up. And this can be done throughout your pregnancy. "
