Video Transcript

" Hi my name is Casey Neuwirth and I have a business called Gateway Fitness. You can contact me at http://www.gateway-fitness.com. Carri’s going to show us how to do an exercise using your opposite arm opposite leg. And this is going to help strengthen the core body, the upper body, the shoulders, the glutes and the hamstrings. So as she lifts her left arm, her right leg would come up, right arm, left leg would come up and she’s just going to alternate back and forth. And her back stays nice and neutral and as her abdomen starts to grow farther down that’s when you want to make sure your back stays nice and neutral and if you get a little pressure in your back you can exclude the arms and rest your arms on a chair.
