" Hi my name is Casey Neuwirth and I have a business called Gateway Fitness. You can contact me at http://www.gateway-fitness.com. Carri’s going to show us how to do a ball crunch in an incline position. So what she’s going to do is roll down and the ball is going to be on the low part of her back. She’s going to put fingertips behind the ears and she is going to crunch up as she breathes out. And this exercise can be done throughout a pregnancy because you are on an incline and after your first trimester you don’t want to be flat anymore doing any abdominal or exercise. This is safe, or getting an incline bench or being on an incline and doing a crunch. But this is a safe exercise to do throughout your pregnancy. "
