Video Transcript

" Hi my name is Casey Neuwirth and I have a business called Gateway Fitness. You can contact me at http://www.gateway-fitness.com. Carri here is going to help us demonstrate the butterfly press and what that does is strengthen the chest and shoulders as well as stretch out the back part of your shoulders. Start with your arms shoulder width apart and bent at ninety degrees, you bring the forearms in together so they meet in front. You breathe in as you go back and you breathe out as you come in and what you do is concentrate on the chest muscles contracting muscles as you pull in. Carri is ten weeks pregnant and once her abdomen gets a little larger she may feel comfortable sitting in a chair with some back support but other wise she is fine standing up and is in perfect alignment and is able to do this exercise no problem.
