Video Transcript

" Hi my name is Casey Neuwirth and I have a business called Gateway Fitness. You can contact me at http://www.gateway-fitness.com. Carri’s going to help demonstrate a bicep curl and right now she’s ten week pregnant and she’s able to sit on a ball with comfort not feeling like she is going to fall or anything of that nature. And if she did you could sit in a chair with back support and you would be nice and stable. You start with your arms to the side, palms out, and she’s going to bring her all the way up bringing those weights to her shoulders and all the way back down getting the full range of her arms. This is going to work the biceps and the front of her arm, and she’s going to breathe out as she comes up and breathe out as she goes down. This exercise can be done throughout your pregnancy. "
