" Hi my name is Casey Neuwirth and I have a business called Gateway Fitness. You can contact me at http://www.gateway-fitness.com. Carri’s going to help demonstrate a squat using a wall and a ball behind your back. The ball is located right in the low part of her back, feet are out about a foot from that, where her back is on the ball and what she’s gong to do is bend at the knee and come straight down with the glutes. And all the way right back up, and she has an even distribution of weight between her feet and pushing up through her heels and this works the glutes and inner and outer thighs. And this actually works the core body as you’re coming down and pushing up and this is a safe exercise to do while you’re pregnant through all three trimesters. "
