"My name is Courtney Hester on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I'm going to show you some of the features of iGoogle and how to use them. Here we have our iGoogle page and we've done some basic layout, we've chosen a couple of things that we want on our page, but it's still kind of drab. We can go over here to select a theme and your kids can help you pick which theme they'd like. We're going to pick the seasonal scape and then hit save. This tells us that it's going to change as the seasons change in different things. It can update based on where you live, so I'm going to put in my zip code and hit save and then also we can add some more things. On our homepage I don't necessarily want any games, but on my child's page they would like to add some stuff. So we're going to look for some stuff, here some games. We can do PacMan and this just tells us this is not, this is a site outside of google. Let's see, the Disney character of the day and let's see we can go to more and let's do bowling. That kinds of tells us more about it and we're going to add it now. Now, once I've picked a few things to add, we go to back to our homepage and now you'll see on your child's page they have bowling, a Disney character and their PacMan. This is great if you don't want your child just searching the internet for games, but you want to know what games they're having access to. They'll be saved right here in their tab. Also on the homepage you'll notice there's a bookmark, when you save this and put a password on it, you can sign in and add your child's websites to here, again like a favorites. This is a great resource for you and your family and for your child to have access to all the things on the internet without having to do broad searches and possibly coming up on things they shouldn't."
