How to Save Websites for Kids

"My name is Courtney Hester on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I'm going to show you how to save you kids favorite website to the favorites and also how to put them on the desktop for easy access. We have our kids site right here, this is fun brain and on my internet I'm going to go to bookmarks and it says add to bookmark. Now on other providers it may be called favorites or something just a little different, but they all mean the same. Now for younger kids it may be hard to find that website in that favorites list, so what we can do is go to file and it says send and we're going to send a shortcut to our desktop and all we have to do is click that. Now if we minimize we can go to our desktop and see that there is now a shortcut. So when your child gets on the computer, they don't have to go do a search for this website or even have to find it in their favorites. They can click on it from their desktop and it'll lead them straight to this website."
