"Hello! My name is Cindy Glover and on behalf of Expert Village.com, I am going to talk about the Art Center. In addition to the art projects the teacher has planned to coincide with the weekly lesson theme, there is also an open ended art center that you will look for in early childhood classroom. In the open ended art center, children are invited to create art using everyday products. I like to say anything that will glue onto the paper. When children are given this opportunity, you often find that what they cannot express is happening within comes out in their art. They express original ideas and feelings. They improve their coordination and development small motor skills and they learn to recognize color shapes, textures and develop pride in their accomplishments. "
