"Welcome back my name is Alisha and I'm with Expert Village. Alright another sign of teething is biting. Kids just love and suck on something hard whether it is a counter top, table edge, your finger, or even a teething ring is convenient for them to chew on. Some kids like it and others just don't prefer it. Always be careful though because they can always end up biting you if you are nursing or they can bite off a nipple of a bottle once they start to get teeth. So keep that in mind that could become a hazard. Another thing they like to do is to suck on something nice and cool. Teething rings you can put in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes and it is a nice cool object for them to suck on. Another sign of teething is pain and inflammation at the gums sides. Some kids just end up getting a bruise into the gum area or have some swallow into their gums and out to their cheeks. Usually you can tell cause they are irritable, fussy, you have a hard time eating, drinking or even trying to relax and have a good time."
