Video Transcript

"My name is Dr. Randall Hyde. On behalf of Expert Village I want to help you earn and receive the respect that you deserve and want. How are your kids treating you? Let me tell you, you teach your children and others how to teach you. That is highly dependent on your own self esteem. Do you treat yourself with respect and consideration? Do you have respect for yourself? How is your self esteem? Because everything that we do and say and communicate, verbalizes and expresses are worth; our speech, our actions, our posture, everything. 93% of what you communicate is non verbal. Think about it. People say that we can lie verbally but that we cannot lie non verbally. So what do you believe about yourself? Do you have a good relationship with yourself? If you love and respect yourself and have a good self esteem, you communicate that, others will pick up on it and treat you the same way that you feel about yourself. Do you betray yourself? If you do betray yourself, others will also. If you are loyal to yourself, others will be loyal to you also. How you feel about yourself is directly related to how your children will treat you. And how they will treat their future spouse and others because you are teaching them how to treat others, your gender and so forth."
