Video Transcript

"My name is Dr. Randall Hyde. On behalf of Expert Village I would like to talk to you about a very important concept. What are you doing right now? You're living. This is your life. We don't live in the past, we can't live in the future. It's right now. This very moment that we're living. Imagine if you lived every moment, the greatest you can, filled it with as much life as you possibly could, tomorrow would be wonderful, next year would be great. Too often we live in the past. We regret, we worry about the future. That's where we get hurt. We can't do anything about the future. Except prepare now. It's living now that's important. Fill every moment with happiness, with love, with passion and enthusiasm. Connect with others with all your heart, that is where life is."
