"So practicing prenatal yoga is extremely beneficial to prepare you for birth. It's a great way to keep your muscles strong. To keep yourself stable especially with the exercises of lifting the pelvic floor and maintaining the tone in the perenium area which prepares you to give birth. As your hormones start to change and you become more flexible, it's mindful to allow yourself to start to move into some more relaxing and maybe the meditation and breathing technique practices. You have to remember the stress that your that your body is starting to take needs to be let go in certain ways so to use the bolsters and the pillows to support yourself and to move into more of a meditative practice towards the end of your pregnancy will help you prepare for your birth.
