"The Warrior 1, the standing pose, is also a hip opener and it's good to strengthen and maintain the tone in your upper leg muscles. You're bending your front knee over your ankle. You can extend your arms up and open up with your chest and you can modify as you need to by taking your back foot over to the side to create some more space in the pelvis. And then as you move further along in your last trimester, you may want to come to the wall, place your hands onto the wall and try to maintain a nice connection to the wall to keep an openness in your chest."
