Video Transcript

"So the squat can be practiced first in your early stages just by coming into the position with the hands in front of your chest and trying to feel like you are creating a nice openness with the chest as your tailbone lengthens down. And then as you move further into your pregnancy, your support can come from a block to lift up higher and open up wider between the knees and again you can take your hands and press them together to help you there and to make sure as you do this that you're maintaining the lifting up in the pelvic floor. That's going to help tone and strengthen in that area. "
