"So taking us a wide stance again, you want to feel that you are taking your feet wide enough apart to have enough space. This is going to be a forward bend position. But you want to maintain the lifting into the pelvic floor because as you start to move along in the pregnancy your hormones will change and you will get more mobile in the sacrum area. You want to be mindful that you don't overstretch when you come forward. So you can come into an extended back position with your seatbones towards behind you and the crown of your head forward and then just draw your hands down to wherever it's comfortable. This is a good stretch for the back of your legs and you want to keep the chest open."
