Video Transcript

"This pose is a gentle back bend and it's an opener for your chest so you want to be mindful that you're keeping a nice length in the size of your torso. Interlace your hands behind your back and draw your chest up towards the ceiling, feeling the shoulders relaxing down so it's just a little looking up towards the ceiling keeping the chin in towards the chest enough so that you're feeling a nice opening in the heart center. This is safe to do through all stages of pregnancy as long as you as you are mindfully keeping your back like this, so when you start to come into it, you want to feel that it's just the upper back, shoulder blade area that is opening and stretching in front of your chest."
