"I really great way, I think, to handle picky eaters, is to make them part of the dinner planning, or meal planning process. And if you have one child or more than one child and their both kind of close in age, or old enough to participate, I would have them take turns at creating a menu for dinner. And as long as it's reasonable healthy, I would go ahead and indulge it. You know, have everyone get a night where they get to pick a menu item and go ahead and create a little menu and you can help your kids and make a fun little project out of it, and then that's what will be served that night. And everybody can have a turn. And you can also have your children help you prepare the meal. Of course, as a rule, you always wash your hands before you eat. And that goes every single day. There are obvious reasons for that. And teach your children the importance of eating with clean hands. But you know, have them come into the kitchen and the night that they choose their meal, the night that you're using their menu, go ahead and let them help you prepare it to whatever extent that they can, depending on what their ages are. I think that that will really create sort of a fun atmosphere and it will create a meal that your child will want to eat. Because obviously, they planned it themselves. And that's just another tip to try to get those picky eaters to eat something for once and for all. "
