"One of the things that you're going to want to keep in mind when your child becomes either preschool or kindergarten age are the accessories that you send them to school with. There are many lunch boxes and backpacks out there that are very adorable that can be personalized, and as cute as they are, and as much as I love them, because I do, they really are not a good idea to buy for your child. It really does give a predator all of the information they need to approach your child and somehow convince them that you have contacted that stranger and have instructed your child to go with them. In the same vain, a t-shirt, or a sweatshirt that gives the name of your child's school away, really opens your child up anywhere that they are in public to a predator. All they have to do is look at the name on the shirt or the sweatshirt and pretty much narrow down where your child spends most of his or her day. That coupled with a lunchbox with their name on it really gives a predator far more information than you would ever want them to have about your child."
