"Alright, something else that I want to talk about with regards to answering questions and this is very, very, very important. And unfortunately I see this happen way too often. When you are answering questions, it is very important that you tell the truth. Its called being ethical. But, the reason sometimes I think that it happens or that it happens so often that people don't necessarily tell the truth when they're being asked a question because they don't want to look bad. They don't want to look like they don't know what they're talking about and they really don't know the answer. So in that moment of being on your feet, being asked a question that you don't know the answer to and you don't want to look like you don't know what you're talking about, you make something up. Whatever the scenario is, do not lie when you answer the questions. There is absolutely nothing wrong with stating I don't know the answer to that. That is a great question, but I just don't know. Or I don't know the answer, but I'm going to find that out for you. Or I don't know the answer, but that's a great thing for me to look into and find out. There is no harm in that and that is always better admitting that you don't know is always better than making something up that isn't true."
