"Ok, let's talk about non-verbal things that you want to do during the question and answer period. And the first one is eye contact. Its very important that you maintain eye contact with the person who is asking the question while they're asking the question. Now, you might determine already while they're asking the question that you don't like this question. Well, don't be looking away or rolling your eyes, you want to maintain eye contact until they have finished asking the question. Now when you're answering the question, obviously you do want to make some eye contact with the person who asked the question, but you also want to keep your eye contact with the group as a whole. Don't direct the answer just to this person, even though they were the one that asked the question. So that's what you want to do with your eyes. Now let's talk about other gestures."
