"Hey there, we are talking about how to do a welcome speech. Okay, first what is a welcome speech? Well that's a great question. A welcome speech is kind of like a speech of introduction, but it is welcoming a person or an organization to a new town, to a new job, something to that effect. Especially like an organization being welcomed to a city but then you also have to welcome the city to the organization. Does that make sense? It's kind of like a two fold thing alright? So we're welcoming the newcomer and we're introducing them, telling them how glad we are to have them at this particular job, or city, or town. That's what a welcome speech is. Now let's talk about how to do it."
