"Alright, let's talk about some tips for the question and answer period and the first thing I want you to do during the question and answer period which this might be hard, it might not be, but I want you to remain professional no matter what. No matter what gets thrown at you, you must remain professional and something, this is really important if depending on the presentation or the speech topic, depending on what it is, you might have a hostile audience. And a hostile audience is going to throw some pretty hostile questions at you and it is essential that you maintain your professionalism. By being professional during the question and answer period will also improve your credibility. Wow, look at the way she handles that, wow look at, she's really keeping her composure. She really knows what she's talking about. So through that credibility, you can probably get people even more enthusiastic or on board with what it is you're trying to get them to do. So keep it professional."
