"Alright, now let's talk about your voice, and some of the things that you can do, to show us on the exterior that you're not nervous, even if you are, on the interior. One of the most important tips I can give you is, don't rush. It's just something that happens physiologically when we get nervous, we tend to talk faster. So, be very, very aware of how fast you're talking, because if you're nervous and you get up to give your speech, you may start talking really, really fast and we won't be able to follow you. We won't be able to understand you, and the first thought in our head will be, gosh, they're really nervous. So, maintain a good, reasonable speed. Not too slow, not too fast.
