"Now, when we're talking about being organized, we're talking about writing in a pattern that the audience can follow. We've already said we want to make sure and include all the necessary information. We want to leave out all the irrelevant information and we want to get to the point. But, you want to follow an organizational pattern that makes sense. An introduction, telling us what you're going to tell us, a conclusion, after, at the end, telling us what you've told us, and in the middle of your presentation or story, that's where we going to talk about getting to the main point. It's very important that you follow something that is logical. You present that, so we the audience can follow you. Because remember, we don't know what you know. You have to lay it out very simply and clearly for us, with all the information we need to make an assessment. And I am going to tell you in just a minute why we need to do this."
