"Now, just like we were talking about, you don't want to fill your speech or presentation full of irrelevant material. But something you don't want to do, which is the exact other end, is leave out necessary information. That comes into play really with your research. What is your topic about? Research all elements of that topic and include all the necessary information. If you're giving a speech about a problem solution, don't leave out the solution. That's necessary information. Or don't leave out points of the proposal, that will help us make a decision. Make sure you go back in, you take a look, and you have put in everything that is necessary for you to get what you want and for your readers or listeners to get the point."
