"HI there, I'm Tracy Goodwin, and I'm the "Red Sweater Lady", and today we are going to talk about being organized. And you can think in terms of being organized when you're writing reports and proposals or organized when you are writing and giving speeches. But, it's very important that you are organized. And when I'm talking about being organized, I'm talking about following a structure of things that you shouldn't have and things that you should have in your report, or proposal or presentation. It's real easy when you're writing some of these things to get extremely overwhelmed. You have so much information, you've done this research, you've got all this stuff in front of you, and you don't even really know where to start. So, hopefully the tips I'm going to give you today will help you to be organized, so that you can simply and easily write this report, or speech, or proposal and then you can deliver it, and it will make sense to you audience. It will be very easy to follow, and very easy for you to give."
