"On behalf of Expert Village this is Paul Anderson from Hollywood, Florida in the ABC circus. Today I'm going to show you about clown makeup. So now I have a white base. My costume comes to right here so I need to do white into the costume. I don't want to go too much beyond cause I don't want costume all over my costume. You are going to smooth it out. Go in near the hair. I'm going to wear a wig and a wig cap so I don't' have to go into my hair. Now I want to get it nice and smooth. I do that with makeup on my fingers and tapping it out to get it nice and smooth. If you don't have a smooth base no matter the rest of your makeup is it will not look good. So spend time making sure your white base is very smooth. You notice that I left my ears clear because at the end I'm going to paint my ears red."
