"Now we're going to play games using balloons. Now the first game we're going to play is the hopping race. You can see that I've used a balloon here that's a little bit smaller than the regular size balloon because some of the games I'm going to show you how to do require smaller balloons. I have found by using the big ones, the balloons can be just a little bit big for the smaller children. So have your own judgment, if you've got a lot of older children use the bigger size balloons of for a younger crowd use something about this size. Now the first game we are going to play is balloon jump. Line all the children up side by side and give them a balloon just to pop behind their kneecaps like that. And on the word go, everybody just jumps like crazy, like hop like a frog all the way down to the finishing line, and we see who is the first one up there. You can make them be frogs making little noises, or even bunny rabbits. Some children are going to pop their balloon so be on hand with a spare one. Be ready to run onto the field, give them a spare balloon and set them off running and jumping again with a hoppity, hoppity, hop."
