"A successful party means getting activities arranged early.That means deciding on what kind of budget you are going to have. Write down roughly what each activity is going to cost. Itemize each one. Think about the kind of space you've got. And the time fracture, how much time do you have for each activities. When you buy, put things into boxes or in bags with labels on. So you clearly know what each activity consist of. So come a couple of days before the party, everything is together. You don't have to start looking around for the things you bought. A successful party means being organized early."
