First Time House Buyers

"On behalf of Expert Village, this is Dan Kelly with Keller Williams Realty here in Miami Shores, Florida. I'm with the Kelly White Team, and today we're going to tell you how to buy a house. We're going to talk about first time buyers. I know it's a little daunting. I”m going to buy a house; I'm going to spend a million dollars. But you know what, picking out your dream house is the greatest, funnest time that I think you can have. You get in a car with your realtor, you drive around these neighborhoods that you've never even seen, you go into people's homes, you snoop through their stuff. It's a great time. The most important thing is realizing what your budget is because if you get your budget, your realtor's going to show you in that range so you're not going to be disappointed. If you can afford a five hundred thousand house, you don't want to be looking at a million-two dollar properties. You're going to be disappointed when you get back in the five hundred thousand dollar ones. So it's very important to know your range and look in that range. You're going to have a great time. I also think it's important to tell you that you're not paying a commission to the agent. That comes from the sellers end, so just enjoy yourself, look in some homes, have a great time and good luck."
