Add Luxury to Your House for Sale

"Hi! I'm Kelly Johnson with K. Nicole Redesign for Expert Village. As we mentioned earlier, kitchens and bathrooms can really make or break a home. The master bathroom is really critical. Most modern buyers today really want that spa luxury feel in a master bathroom and so it is important that your entire master suite has a nice flow. In this particular home, the seller already had a green color scheme on the wall, so in the master bedroom we made sure that we picked up on those green earthy warm tones. Once we entered into the master bathroom, we kicked it up a little notch and added a sense of luxury. We added some nice decorative towels that quite frankly may not necessarily use these on a day to day basis, in real life but when you are showing your home for sale, you want to add that extra bit of luxury. We added a nice towel. There's nothing like white crisp towels to give that sense of a spa feel. We also added accessories that give us a little message about relaxation and living life to the fullest. We've added some nice bath crystals, some greenery and we have a nice ceramic piece that gives that Grecian feel as well to this room. "
