"Hi, I'm Kelley Johnson with K. Nicole Redesign for Expert Village. In the dining room, when we're staging a dining room to sell, we really want to make sure that we add some drama. In this room, we are adding a nice floral centerpiece to the dining room table so that we give a little bit of drama and color to compliment the light fixture that is already in the home. Another tip when you're staging a dining room is you can also paint the dining room. Buyers love to see color. And in this room, just to save a little bit of budget, instead of painting the entire room, we've added a nice piece of artwork to give the room a little bit of color. In this room, we selected a centerpiece that is very neutral in color. It compliments the tones of the metal finishes in the light fixture. So, you can pick up some of the rustic tones in the leaves and the flowers that we've selected in this flower arrangement. So, it really compliments the neutral decor that is throughout this home. We did add just a little bit of color through the artwork. Here we have some reds and some greens which are very traditional colors. They're also very warm and they appeal to a broad spectrum of buyers. "
