Hi my name is Frank Clarke with Oliver and Associates Realty in London Ontario. I want to discuss with you another bathroom. This is the on-suite bathroom the on-suite bathroom just happens to be a four piece bathroom it has a separated shower stall. The shall stall has the sliding doors. Notice of course this being brand new there is now water spots. If you happen to have a resell home and you have hard water stains or water spots in your shower or in your tube I highly suggest that you get that cleaned off. There is lots of products on the market place that you can work with that would do a great job without spending a lot of money. Secondly I want you to know in this room there is a lot of ceramic tile. This ceramic tiles has a off white grout. After this home has been lived in for a while there is a possibility this grout might be showing its age. There is lots of product out there to clean the grout. Cleaning that grout is important as painting the walls the right color in the room in order to sell your home. Remember they say cleanest is next to godlessness. When it comes to kitchens and bathrooms people think about that constantly when they are out showing homes. Make sure your toilet is clean, make sure your chrome is shiny, make sure you light bulbs are all working, and make sure you have some nice accent towels out, may be a few things sitting around in a room like this to compliment the color you have chosen for you wall and the color on your wall should surely be complementary off your counter tops or you flooring. So this is your own sweet bathroom and I highly suggest you pay great attention to this detail.
