I would like to speak with you briefly in regards to decluttering your closet space for the purpose of selling your home. This is a example of a closet that has not been declutterize if that is such a word. Now what I want to do is open this door and you would be able to see right away why this isn't the way things should be. Upon presenting your home you are opening closets doors real estate agents would say to buyer know if you think you love this house and you love the space, and it is just for you be sure to open up all the cover doors, open up all the closet doors. Well the minute they open up a closet door and then another closet door, and a third closet door and they see that there is not a enough room for everything or there is things in this closet which necessarily might not be there normally in there home these are things you have to think about. Vacuum cleaners, floor cleaners, boxes of junk, this stuff should all be remove this is the front hall closet people expect to see a couple of coats and a few pairs of shoes. Declutterize your closets that way people will never think doesn't have enough closet space. So lets talk about seasonal clothing if it is the middle of August why have all your winter coats here you are moving anyways. Before you list your house for sale pack up those items put them in nice bends or tokes in the basement, put them against the wall some where and get them out of the way. All we need to see here in the middle of August would be light sweaters possibly, your rain coat, and the kids boats and shoes maybe on the floor. So declutterized those closets. "
