"Hi! This is Paul Louis Muller your neighborhood Realtor, you can find me on the web at http://callpaul.yourkwagent.com, there’s no www in that address folks, on behalf of expertvillage.com I’d like to welcome you. I want to talk for a moment about the pros and cons of a Realtor who might have too many listings. Now that could be a good thing, it could be a bad thing, depending on how you look at it. And this is just an opinion; I’m going to leave this ball in your court and you decide in the end what’s right for you, but sometimes a Realtor might have a lot of listings out there 30, 40 listings and that’s wonderful for that Realtor. That shows that that Realtor knows how to get those listings; it doesn’t always show that that Realtor know how to sell those listings. Okay, now sometimes if a Realtor doesn’t have a lot of listings, that may also work to your advantage because that Realtor now has more time to dedicate to your property. You can’t clone a Realtor, you can’t clone anybody—at least not that I know of—and so these Realtors who have tons and tons of listings out there, it might be difficult for them to spread themselves around a bit unless they have a team. And many Real Estate Agents that are very successful do have a team of Realtors to spread around and help all of their clients, but some Realtors don’t have that luxury. So it might not be a bad idea to hire a Realtor who doesn’t have tons and tons of listings, because again it will ensure that you will get undivided attention from that Realtor. So again think about that, that’s food for thought I’ll leave that in your court right there and you decide."
