Finding an Experienced Realtor

"IN this clip I'm going to talk about why it's important to choose a real estate agent, who is experienced. In real estate, it's commonly said that it's easy to get in on a professional level, but it's hard to make a living. So some times agents select, or folks select real estate as a second career, or a part time venture. And I must admit that as a full time professional, it is difficult to do the job justice in part time. Your experience level will not be there in terms of the number of homes you see or in terms of the contracts that you help negotiate. And just specifically there are now, for example, in Missouri our residential real estate contract is eight pages in length. And if you're only doing that periodically, or sporadically, it's hard to know that contract inside and out. And to represent clients as well as you probably should. It's just crucial that on a weekly basis, a professional real estate agent is out seeing homes, and constantly learning the market, and brings that level of experience to your home search as a buyer."
